Had an excellent experience with Upstate Structural Repair. They did foundation repair work for the carport on my house. Fred was great to work with on the planning and estimate, with clear communication. Very happy with the end result and I feel much better about the long term stability for that part of the house. Michael did a great job completing the work, everything looks professional.

I called USP after noticing signs of water damage in my home. Noah arrived for a free inspection, and he did a great job providing a clear and thorough review! During the project, the scope shifted a little as we discovered a few surprises (both good and bad). Ultimately, Noah revised my cost downward, to match the real final work that was done. Great experience! Also, Jeremy was the execution lead on the day of work, and he was professional and responsive to any and all questions or concerns I brought up. Also a great experience!
Upstate structural repair replaced a 22ft water damaged header holding up the extension on my house. The estimator, Wes, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, and was very responsive over text and email to questions. The price was fair. Donny and his crew who did the work did a fantastic job. They also took the time to answer all of my questions during the process to ensure I understood why they were doing what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again in the future if I have any other structural issues.
