It's inside Staples so prepare to have a little bit of a wait since the UPS people have to do the regular checking out too but once you get up there they are pretty quick. They are always helpful and friendly too.
I have an Amazon return but they will not accept the return from this location. They said I have to take it to Stillwater. So inconvenient. We have an actual UPS location that is still in operations but closed its doors to public mailings. We have a UPS drop off but yet here I am having to clear half a day to make a trip out of town just to do a return. Ridiculous!!!
They are consistently delivering packages to wrong houses out in the country. Pretty sad how we have GPS systems and they still deliver your items to the wrong house then claim they didnt. Idk whose house it is but they got free stuff thanks UPS
for some reason they seem to be delivering packages to wrong houses out in the country area in Ponca city OK.. They are making it very dangerous and putting people at risk. I had to walk up to a random persons home and ask for my package that UPS incorrectly delivered, and hope that nothing bad happened.. and when you call them you cant speak to anyone... I would avoid using UPS at all costs for your financial safety and personal safety.
