This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Before buying, I clearly stated my requirements: the phone must support AR. In reality, AR did not work, and the phone was not compatible with my carrier, making 4G and 5G completely unusable.
When I went back to the shop, I was given misleading excuses like “AR will work if you download an app” and “just insert the SIM properly.” None of these worked. After contacting my carrier, I discovered the truth: the phone was simply never compatible from the start. In other words, the shop ignored my requirements and sold me an unsuitable device.
