He stopped waiting on me to wait on 3 other people who came in. He was having a conversation in Spanish on his earbud the entire time. He charged me over $20 to ship a 12-inch envelope, FEDEX ground, with a small book in it.
The last week of August my friend who we were visiting brought us to this location to have them pack and ship some jars of salsa we purchased. I filled out their form and checked the box that I wanted them to pack my items. When asked if I wanted bubble wrap, I said of course. I should've known then that there was a problem. They didn't wrap each jar in bubble wrap and my salsa never arrived because it broke in shipping. FedEx wouldn't cover their insurance because of insufficient packaging. I have tried to work with this place ever since then for a refund on my shipping. Not a refund on my items but shipping, to stand by their failure to pac... Passport photo - "High quality, world class camera" is a smartphone from years ago. Underexposed, not centered, and does not give a hell in how you look - just want to get it over with, and get paid. Please, save yourself the 12 bucks and go somewhere else.
