I was approached by 2 guys and they offered a clean up on my windows, I agreed to let them show me their work and they were fast and it looks great, one of the guys named Shaun took his time to work around my vinyl sign on my door to make sure to not mess it up. Great first impression guys Thank You
I ordered the windows I needed for my living room. The rep was very helpful and friendly and easily contacted. They came today and put my new windows in the guys were very nice and friendly. They were very efficient and had both old windows pulled out and the new ones put in very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the new efficient windows.
After sitting through HOURS of window sales pitches. We decided on Universal Windows. James Bowers, gave us, Quite the sales Presentation! We were impressed by his knowledge of the product as well as the company he represents. Eight Custom windows were ordered and BEAUTIFULLY installed, including outside frames. The installation crew, Yuniel Gonzalez and his partner, knew what they were doing. The installation went “Smooth As Silk”! From order date, to installation, it took approximately 5 & 1/2 weeks. We Highly Recommend, UNIVERSAL WINDOWS!
