Universal Water Systems is an amazing company! I have been so impressed with their customer service and their expertise. Kyle organized my water heater install and answered all my questions. Matt F installed it and was on time, so very helpful and professional; the company is lucky to have this man. Erika in the office kept me informed and also was great communicating with me. I went through Home Depot and they set up Universal Water Systems. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I wish all businesses were as helpful, on time, and professional! (Also, competitive prices. They take care of everything: permits and inspections...Universal Water Systems is an amazing company! I had Universal Water System install a whole-home water softener along with a reverse osmosis system under my sink, and overall I’m extremely happy with the results. The difference in water quality is immediately noticeable, everything from drinking water to showers, laundry, and dishes is better. The system has honestly made the entire house feel more efficient and improved daily use across the board.
There were a couple of minor hiccups during the process, but nothing out of control. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed and figured out, which I really appreciated.
The only downside so far has been on the financing side. My month...I had Universal Water System install a whole-home water softener along with a reverse osmosis system under my sink, and overall I’m extremely happy with the results. The difference in water quality is immediately noticeable, everything from drinking water to showers, laundry, and dishes is better. The system has honestly made the entire house feel more efficient and improved daily use across the board.

The only downside so far has been on the financing side. My monthly payment changed from what was originally agreed upon, and I’m still in the process of getting that sorted out. The agreement was based on what I could comfortably afford at the time, so I’m hoping this gets corrected soon. That said, customer service has been responsive and professional, and my interactions with them so far have been positive.
Overall, I absolutely love the water system itself and would recommend Universal Water System for their product quality and installation. Once the payment issue is resolved, this would easily be a 5-star review.
