The best cell phone repair in the bossier mall. I dropped my phone in water and it's wasn't backed up so I thought I lost everything. He took my motherboard out and put in in a new phone so that I could transfer all my data to the new one. Once it was done than he had to transfer the mother back to the water damage phone. I've been going to him on all my screen repairs and any other electronic repairs. He's never let me down and has all came through in a timely manner.

This shop is the twilight zone. They still sell the old Nokia brick phone which is awesome.

I went to a few different places for a quote before going into universal cellular, the gentleman knows his stuff gave me the information I needed to get my phone fixed at that a good price. Great customer service 👏

Dropped my cell phone off at lunch because the other place couldn’t fix it after having it for two days. They said they’d have it done about 6:30. Called them about 6 because it takes us about 30-35 min to get to town. Said it was almost done and they would call me when ready. About 6:15 they called and said it was ready so we took off for town. About 6:50 I called and said we were almost there. Got there at 7 (the mall closes at 7) and the doors were locked. When I called them and told them the manager met us out front took us to their back door and let me pay and pick up my phone. Very impressed with the service.

Been to this shop twice and received amazing service. Highly recommend coming here before making an insurance claim. Much cheaper and way quicker.
