Making an appointment was easy, dispatch person was pleasant, and helpful. The time of app’t was accurate. The technician called prior to arrival, was polite, and explained what he saw once he looked at my dryer. Reza was helpful, and thorough. He made sure I understood my options, and helped me make the best decision for me. I truly appreciate his knowledge. Not once during this interaction did he speak to me as if I was ignorant. I’m very grateful to have had his help.

One of their tech’s is an extremely aggressive driver and should not be allowed behind the wheel. As I was merging onto Hwy 65, he was tailgating me to the point I couldn’t even see his lights. Then, when we get onto the Hwy, he takes off and accelerates to over 90 miles an hour. After he got caught in traffic and I caught up to him, the photo shows how he acted. I wouldn’t trust this man on the road, let alone in my house.

I spoke with Jennifer in dispatch and WOW!!! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of what I should expect to happen with my warranty service repair.
I wish she could be be cloned and work in every company that I have to do business with.
Whoever hired her, chose the perfect person to be the first contact person representing the company. I have owned many companies in my lifetime and I know that hiring a low paid incompetent person to be the first contact person for a company, is a huge mistake and will cost a company $$$ in lost customers and bad reviews. We had a service call on June 30. The tech supposedly diagnosed the problems and was going to order parts and return later to fix the issues. It is now August 6 we have not seen or heard from this company at all. AWFUL customer service. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would.

I have not personally used their service, but I did encounter one of their drivers on 10th Street around 8 a.m. (Truck #5). The driver was operating the vehicle extremely unsafetly. tailgating multiple cars, making reckless lane changes, speeding, and then slamming on the brakes while continuing to tailgate. At one point, they nearly rear-ended my car and caused several near-accidents. They were even swerving between lanes instead of driving properly within one.
This kind of driving is not only dangerous but completely unacceptable for a company vehicle. It puts other drivers, passengers, and pedestrians at serious risk. Terrible service. Called for service with my refrigerator not cooling. Freezer worked fine. Three trips later, board replaced, and fan replaced, and now nothing works. Appointment was scheduled for 10 to 2 window on yesterday(Thursday), but the technician calls at 4.
Receptionist says HE got behind but he says SHE placed our visit at the end of the day.
Could not come back today and they are a “week” out on their appointments. And after you “broke” my freezer!?!
Moving to a different provider!
