I’ve known Adrian for a long time, and his work ethic is second to none. He’s honest, shows up when he says he will, and doesn't cut corners. It’s hard to find people you can actually trust in this industry, but United Windows and siding is the real deal. If you want the job done right the first time, give him a call."
Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. This is my second review since my last one seems to have been removed. I signed a contract with Adrian for new siding which was completed but he never paid the crew that he hired to install it. Since then they have put a lien on my property even though I have paid in full. Adrian also offered to give me a bid on a new roof. I accepted it and gave him over $8,000 down and that’s when the communication started to dwindle and eventually he became a ghost. He ignored all my calls and text, even his headquarters in Colorado started ignoring my calls. After doing research afterwards, I learned I should have c... Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have hired him and possibly not be in this mess. Let’s see how long this review lasts before it’s removed.
Choosing United was a great decision, and the experience felt genuine, not pushy. Adrian, the owner, leads a highly competent and efficient team. I appreciated that the communication was clear and upfront throughout the process. The installation itself was fast, and the crew was meticulous about cleaning up afterward, which I really value. The quality of our new windows is a massive improvement, and I'm very happy with the result.
