I HIGHLY recommend coming here! Teddy the owner is such a sweet and honest man, extremely happy I went here. Needed something for my 2017 Chevy and my Audi SQ5 and he made sure to have both my cars done same day each time I came! Prices were honest, he doesn’t high ball you, and his work is efficient and genuine.

I do not recommend United Auto at all. We were long time faithful customers and now will not be going back. I was quoted $165 for the diagnostic then charged over $200- without explanation. When I asked he said it took longer to figure it out the hvac (which they actually forgot to check at first). I went ahead and paid because I was going to have them do the work. When I got in I immediately noticed my gear shifter on the steering column was flopping around. I didn’t even move the vehicle & went back in. He had the mechanics look at it then said they don’t know why it’s like that & they didn’t work in that area. It wasn’t like that when I br... I do not recommend United Auto at all. He had the mechanics look at it then said they don’t know why it’s like that & they didn’t work in that area. It wasn’t like that when I brought it in. He would not take accountability at all. In the end he said he could look at it for $400 but would only charge me $200 🙄 I was upset & ended up leaving. A few days later I was looking under the hood and found the cap to the brake fluid was missing. I luckily found it below the engine on a ledge. I didn’t bother to call him to tell them about it because I know he’ll just say they didn’t do it and weren’t working in that area. He tried to upsell every chance he got. He said the windshield washer reservoir needed to be replaced when it was actually the pump (which was a cheaper fix) and wanted to charge me an additional $13 to fill it. He also severely misdiagnosed my HVAC. And tried to upsell doing an unnecessary oil change because he was replacing the oil pressure sensor. I am so disappointed and no longer recommend them at all. I ended up going to another mechanic who found 2 of the 3 things he quoted weren’t even the problem. I had them fix the issues and luckily now have a new reliable mechanic.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with United Auto Repair, I feel it’s important to warn others. I originally brought my vehicle in for AC repairs. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee, and then they would provide an estimate if any repairs were needed. They kept my vehicle for three days, identified a part they claimed needed replacement, and charged me a substantial amount. Within 48 hours of picking up my car, the AC failed again. I brought it back, assuming mistakes happen. This time, they claimed a different part was the issue, charged me even more money, and kept my car for another couple of days. Four or five days... I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with United Auto Repair, I feel it’s important to warn others. I originally brought my vehicle in for AC repairs. They kept my vehicle for three days, identified a part they claimed needed replacement, and charged me a substantial amount. Within 48 hours of picking up my car, the AC failed again. I brought it back, assuming mistakes happen. This time, they claimed a different part was the issue, charged me even more money, and kept my car for another couple of days. Four or five days after picking it up, the AC stopped working yet again. On the third visit, they finally admitted their earlier repairs were wrong. They replaced yet another part, refunded me only for the incorrect part but not the labor I had already paid (which was absurd), and claimed the issue was now resolved. Fast forward to today—less than four years later, my AC has failed again. When I called to explain my history with them and the thousands I had spent on these repairs, I was told they are now “under new ownership.” Despite the fact that they still operate under the same company name and were able to pull up my old invoices, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they quoted me $200 just to look at the AC again—and that fee would not even go toward repairs. When I pushed back on how unfair this was, the employee actually hung up on me, saying: “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do for you. Have a good day,” and then ended the call. This has been an exhausting, expensive, and frustrating ordeal. I paid large sums of money, lost countless days without my vehicle, and ultimately have nothing to show for it because the AC is still broken. The lack of accountability—both then and now—is unacceptable. Do not trust this business with your car. They will take your money, fail to properly fix the issue, and leave you stranded with no support. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for auto repair.

First let's start the day it's mon., 9/26. I'm 77 years old, ( photo shown is for security reasons. That day my car battery had completely drained., and I needed it for the next day for my appointment at the cardiologist.Its 87 degrees, I lug this to the nearest shop, owner was out but finally called in, the gir explained the situation, his reply , is he a customer, we only do that for customers. His shop is in the 400 n block and suggested I walk to Harding way Auto Zone "it's free" I told them I don't care about the cost I can't walk that far., sorry can't help you.
