We were having problems with our home theater, and within the first phone call, Austin was extremely helpful and volunteered to come over within the next hour. He was immensely knowledgeable, understanding exactly how our setup worked as soon as he arrived. He went above and beyond in making sure that not only our problems were fixed, but also that our projector was straight and our speakers were functioning properly. I live on the West Coast and needed to make a purchase for someone in Pennsville,NJ. I contacted Uniq through Facebook Messenger, and Kim replied immediately. She looped in Scott for some technical assistance on buying a large capacity microSD card for a Steam Deck. They had what we needed in stock, and provided on site service to the machine as well the next day. Trisha, Dan and Austin were absolute life savers! They didn’t have the specific 5v plug I needed for an audio interface I was giving as a gift and they not only stayed open late for me but THEY MADE THE FREAKIN CABLE! You just do not get service like that now a days. It really made my day and it was very very cool to see a father son team workin together.
