UNI Design

I had heard nothing but good things about UNI so when it came time to hire a company for my remodel, I made sure to contact them. I was impressed with them from the first day I walked in. Carol did the design and was incredibly patient with all the changes we wanted to make and it turned out beautifully. Isaac coordinated the entire project and made sure that everything moved along well and quickly took care of any issues that came up and was very communicative. We hired UNI to build a dining room extension using our existing deck footprint and we love the finished product! There were delays and hiccups just like with any large construction project, but our project manager Isaac kept us informed at every step. They accommodated slight changes a few times in the project and set (and met) expectations for how those changes would affect timeline and budget. We would recommend UNI to anyone!

We are very happy with our pergola & deck and had the pleasure of enjoying our new outdoor space all summer long. Thanks to the UNI Design team for doing such a great job from start to finish. From day one when we ask for a quote until the end of the project, we received excellent service. This project exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication were amazing. The most important thing for us was that they thought of all the ideas for my husband, a disabled veteran, so that he could have access from the main floor of the house to the new additions, the deck and sunroom to be able to enjoy the backyard, the sun and the breeze with the family at any time and weather, for his better quality of life. UNI’s craftsmen did an excellent job completing a new deck and pergola on our 1909 home! They were willing to make chances when asked and were always willing to answer any question my wife and I had! We plan on using them again for some inside projects in the near future! Tom
