I recently completed a major, whole-home renovation with Under Pressure, and I was very pleased with the outcome. Every project has its bumps and bruises, but they always provide provided a fair and equitable resolution(s) to a problem. We essentially reshaped and refreshed the interior, including a modified floor plan, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, refinished flooring, and new windows. It was "the full nine yards," and the team delivered on every front. Working with Dallas and Kyle made a daunting process incredibly manageable. Here are a few things that really set them apart: • Speed and Efficiency: While other contracto... Their ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality is rare in this industry. • Budget Integrity: Transparency!!! We finished the project right within the budget originally promised. As unaccounted for issues arises we worked through it. • Day-to-Day Management: Kyle was fantastic to work with on the ground. He managed the day-to-day operations seamlessly, ensuring the project stayed on track and held tradesmen accountable • Post-Project Support: Even after the project was finished, Dallas has remained incredibly responsive. If we have had any general concerns or minor follow-up items that need addressing, they are quick to answer and resolve them. If you are looking for a team that is reliable, fast, and stays true to their word, Under Pressure is the way to go. They made our vision for a total home transformation a reality.
