A true master of his craft! I rarely leave reviews, but the service I got at Undead Electronics compelled me. My PC is everything to me, and I woke up to it not booting up at all. Took it in, and he had the issue (motherboard failure) diagnosed within half an hour. Had the thing fully repaired by the end of the day, and even gave a free upgrade when I had a question a day later.
I'd very highly recommend taking your business here. The owner is an expert in the field, much more knowledgeable and capable than the type of service you'd get at a big store like Best Buy.

A few notes that a would-be client might want to know (especially if they read the negative reviews and got spooked):
- Owner is eccentric and a bit disorganized, but do not be discouraged. He might not look or act "professional" but his craftsmanship is unmatched and his customer service is great.
- He will only do the necessary service. If he tells you that you need a part replaced or something of that sort, it's not because he's trying to upsell you. He knows what he's talking about, and he's trying to make happy customers, not a quick buck. Saw this both with my own experience and him talking to other customers in the store.
TL;DR
Bring your business here!!! Easily my #1 choice of store next time I have PC issues.

I feel compelled to leave a review on the amazing experience and service I received from the guys over at Undead Electronics. I'm a tech nerd so I've worked with many different electronic shops over the years and this was the best. First and foremost I have to say that Adam went above and beyond to provide transparency throughout the repair process, and as a salesperson myself, I really appreciate when people do business the right way. He made sure my board got repaired before the holidays, and most importantly, it was good work. You'd be silly to go to any other electronic store in the area when you have such good, honest people here. 5 star...I feel compelled to leave a review on the amazing experience and service I received from the guys over at Undead Electronics. I had the pleasure of seeing Adam, John, and another nice man I didnt catch the name of today when I came to pick my pc up! I brought in my gaming pc that was randomly shutting off and I had no clue what was causing it but these guy were able to diagnose and solve the issue promptly. It turns out it was the psu.
Now I've got a fixed computer! I expected it to take a few days and thats exactly how long it took, I was hoping for a fair price and thats what I got. I couldn't be happier.

Adam was wonderful! He fixed my soldering issue quickly. Was super knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Very reasonable rate. Would recommend him every time. Would return with any electronic-related issue.
