I was really pleased with Chris who came out on the 2nd visit. He was very thorough and polite. I had issues with the first worker who came out before him that I won't get into, so I was very grateful for Chris's professionalism, sharing information on what he was doing, being respectful and kind. He made sure I felt heard and understood what was going on with my oven. I was looking forward to him completing the job when the parts came in however he was unavailable to finish. So James came out for the 3rd and final visit to complete the job. He also did a good job, was very polite and got the job completed and he tested everything to make sure everything worked and tested the gas flow also. He even explained some things about my dual ovens that I didn't know which was very helpful. I appreciate Chris and James, also Derek who I spoke to over the phone to schedule my appointments and when I had the issue with the first guy. Derek was very understanding of how the other guy made me feel, validated my concerns of what I thought should have been done, he took care of the matter and apologized. I do realize we all have our bad days and the first guy was not having a good day. I appreciate Derek respecting my choice of not having the first guy come back to my home. I do believe that the majority of the job was a positive experience because of Chris, Derek and James.

Great People to work with! Had a small leak with our dishwasher and they were able to fit us in the next morning with one of there techs. Chris did a diagnostic check on our dishwasher. He was up front and provided us with several options. I appreciated his honesty. Overall an excellent experience.
