Took my Dell Desktop in for possible repairs (or evaluation to see if it is time to get a new one) as it had become hard to start, and if it did start, it took forever, and was very slow and erattic. Proud to report that Simon determined the hard drive was the culprit and he called me for authorization to relace it. He recommended I go with an SSD hard drive. Was a good decision. My computer starts and runs better than ever now. Wish I had gone in earlier. Customer service was exceptional. Price not bad either. Got computer back within 1 1/2 days. Went to the store at 3.30pm today hoping to get my laptop fixed just to find out that the doors were locked and no answer after knocking. Called a bunch of time and even looked them up on Instagram to get a hold of them but to no avail. Wish they had at least put up a sign to indicate they closed early on the door or on their social media.
