TX Roofing & Services was a one stop shop for me. Victor came by and inspected our roof and informed me that there was damage to the roof. He reviewed our insurance policy and informed me what the maximum amount that I would have to pay. He contacted our insurance company, submitted all of the documents needed for roof replacement. Victor was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. Roof was replaced in a day and a half. Bottom line, I did not have to do anything. Tx Roofing & Services deserves all 5 stars. Thank you.

Absolute nightmare experience with TX Roofing & Services. At first, they were super responsive and quick to take my money, but as soon as the job was "finished," everything went downhill. After the first heavy rain, I noticed a massive water spot on my living room ceiling right under where they replaced the shingles. I’ve called their office multiple times and left several urgent messages, but they completely ghost them once they have your check. Nobody is returning my calls to fix the warranty work. Do yourself a favor and hire a contractor that actually stands behind their work instead of running away when a problem pops up. Avoid them at all costs!
