VERY agreeable, the best prices I've seen and I looked. He gave me full service for the base cost of replacing my phone, which a got a GOOD price for, without trading in, either. So... I truly recommend this business.
A honest business. He let me know that because my frame was cracked, replacing the screen would be pointless because it would crack again probably the same day. The only repair business im using from now on!
