Had an issue with my laptop that Best Buy wouldn't help with. Called up Tweaks by Geeks and they hooked it up. Went above and beyond with their assistance and work

Avoid this place. These people basically stole my SSD valued at ~$300. They said they did a RMA, that I didn't ask them to do, and that SSD arrived damaged from the RMA. It was a western digital 4TB nvme SSD. I've done an RMA myself before and if a product arrives in the mail damaged you can send the damaged product back and get a new one. I only took my PC here to get cleaned after I had a fire in my house. All they did was blow it off with an air duster and charged me their 2 hour rate... Absurd. I came here in distress because my laptop is crucial for 2 jobs I work. The computer was fixed very, very quickly. I can't recommend this business enough!! Thank you so much.

Biggest shout out to Tweaks by Geeks! My 10-year-old laptop finally died yesterday, Sunday, afternoon while working on writing projects with stiff deadlines. I brought my computer in first thing Monday morning, and though it ultimately couldn’t be revived, the Geek team was able to recover my documents and most pressing work. I’m now able to hit three important news deadlines—three cheers for Tweaks by Geeks!
