Tuscan Electric Heating & Plumbing

Tuscan installed a new electric water heater in our basement this morning, and also did two other tasks for us while they were here. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. Joe, Gerardo, Jake, and Greg were easy to work with, and each did a great job with the required plumbing and electrical circuit installations. They also did a nice job cleaning up after they were done. The front office did all the permit work and was easy to work with regarding the schedule, which I had to change on short notice due to an unexpected event. I highly recommend Tuscan if you have any HVAC installations or repairs planned.

My heater went out, I called and they sent John out promptly the following morning. Arrived on time, friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. No charge to come out and give a free estimate, and also because the issue was a simple fix he said there was no charge. He gave me his business card and I would recommend him and will be calling again for any future issues. Thank you for being professional and thanks again!!!

I have a steam heating system and it has been challenging finding someone to work on it - the Tuscan team was well-versed in this dying art and delivered great results. Joe came out to my house twice for two separate issues identified and was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the steam system was running as well as the day it was installed. Gerardo was brought in the second time for additional muscle required, but when he wasn’t wielding a 3 foot wrench, he made sure our home was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend their services.

I can't tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the same day service provided by Tuscan. We had our furnace serviced and cleaned by Keith after a long stretch without maintenance. The before and after pictures were remarkable. He did a fantastic job. He was professional, courteous and thorough. We couldn't have asked for more.
