What a great job Brian did. He came on a Wednesday and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part necessary. On Friday he returned and completed the installation with a lot of work on his part. The stove had to be removed from the wall it was built into. Nevertheless he completed the work with ingenuity and brute strength. He is my go to appliance service technician now. Oh, he was very reasonable and explained his charges in advance.
My refrigerator stopped getting cold so I found out about Brian on line and texted him. He found time to come out and charged up the fridge that day and its working very cold now. He explained about a valve someone added to the fridge that could leak a little over 15 years I have used this used frig. It has been running for 3 days now no problem. He's an old school kind of guy that just does as he says and his hand shake is honest and his word is good enough for me.
Brian came out the first time a year ago to repair my used dryer and got it up and running. Fast forward to present and I had to call him to work on dryer again. While here he also checked agitator on washer and asked him to go ahead and order parts and come back for repairs. Brian came back after holiday and got both up and running. Brian is very courteous and will stay with the job until complete. Above all he is fair to customers. One year later and the cost didn't go up - that was a major plus. This part of the review is days later using my dryer which works great but the real surprise was the washer, which to be honest I didn't even rea...
