Being a first time driver, not having my wife by at home to do those duties I went out with faith. From the conversation on the phone to the moment I walked in the door AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE… My wife thought that it was pricey but why not pay for services that you get honest and professional work done. Took my truck there to get my AC fixed. I told them it had a leak. Instead they said the compressor was bad and replaced it. Worked for less than a week and took it back for them to tell me there was a leak and some lines needed to be replaced and wanted to charge for that to which I refused. Basically I paid a substantial sum of money to not have my AC fixed. Maybe the compressor was bad, I’m not a mechanic, but from my position it seems like they did unnecessary work and then figured out the real problem, which should have been checked from step one. Their own guy said the mechanic skipped checking for a leak on the initial visit and...Took my truck there to get my AC fixed. I told them it had a leak.
