Our refrigerator went out on Christmas day! We were using 3 coolers for all of our food when we were told about Tucker's. At the Springdale location Isreal helped us so much and provided excellent customer service, but we were working with very precise measurements and didn't find the one we needed. So, we tried the Rogers location and Jo helped us. Right away we found exactly what we were looking for at a cost less than we were expecting. Five stars all around! We will definitely be back with any future needs for furniture or appliances!

Not happy that I paid almost $1700.00 for a new Speed Queen TC5 commercial washer, and it quit working in the first 3 months. Even unhappier that it is a 3-week wait to get this washer repaired, as it needs a new motor and a new belt. Tucker's should come out and swap this bad washer for one that actually works.

I purchased a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator from a local appliance store (not Tuckers) back in March 2024. Today (saturday) the refrigerator died. I walk into Tuckers and spoke with Deon (sp?) in sales and we found a great deal on a 27cf refrigerator. They were able to deliver it today, the sane day by 3pm. So glad we did not have to waste food that would have spoiled. So grateful to Tucker’s for their friendly and amazing customer service. Even the delivery drivers were so nice and friendly. Professionalism all the way around. Thank you so much. Definitely a customer for life. Alfred
