Brought my laptop into these people and they were wonderful very knowledgeable and friendly they fixed my laptop back to top performance again. Cost to fix laptop was very reasonable took in on a Friday afternoon and had back on Monday .They even went out of there way to help me with a software installation I needed I highly recommend these people for all your computer needs. USA Computer & Laptop Repair after UPS required a formal diagnostic to process the insurance claim, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better shop. From the start, they were quick, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They understood exactly what UPS needed for the claim, completed a thorough diagnostic that satisfied all insurance requirements, and helped move the process forward without any unnecessary delays. Excellent service, they fixed my computer and got it back to me in a day after i broke off a piece of my motherboard. Walked me through their process, were fully transparent with pricing, and gave me multiple options for fixes + additional services. Super friendly too! Lovely people. Will go back for future repairs
