Had them come out twice. Once to fix my ice maker and just now to fix my dryer. Both times Michael came out and was able to find the problem quickly and get it fixed. For the ice maker parts needed ordered, he was able to order them and come back within days to get it all fixed. Haven’t had any issues since. For my dryer he luckily had the parts already and was able to get my dryer back up and running quickly. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance fixed quickly and right the first time. The company as a whole is super friendly and easy to work with.

I had been having difficulties with my ice maker since I purchased the refrigerator. I had three separate people come to my house to fix it. It still was not making ice.
I called Trustworthy Appliances. Their house call charge was less than I had been paying and it was fixed on their first visit.

I have used this company's services multiple times. They are professionals. I am comfortable having them work in my home. It is a family run business and they always treat us well. When we have an appliance issue, this is who I call. Highly recommend.

They came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the bad drain pump on my dishwasher, and gave clear estimates: pump only, pump + install, or pump + install if I pulled the unit out first. I appreciated the diagnosis and their attempt to work with my recessed setup.
I never got the dishwasher fully pulled out ahead of time. The technician helped extract it quickly but then needed the water shut off. I didn't know the exact location (it was in the crawlspace), so he came down with me to check. Once there, he complained about getting dirty and said this wasn't what he was supposed to be doing. He exited the crawlspace frustrated.

I called a previous owner to confirm the shutoff, verified the water was off, ran faucets to test, and told him it might take time for residual water to stop. At that point, he declined to proceed with the install. He explained he wasn't making money on the job now, noted they're family-owned and prefer not to leave jobs incomplete, then left me with the new pump but no completed repair. I paid $220 for the service call and part.
I installed the pump myself successfully afterward. For that price, I could have bought the part alone and done it from the start. Be cautious if your appliance has tricky access—jobs may not get finished if complications arise beyond standard expectations.

I called Trustworthy because our dishwasher suddenly stopped working. It was completely dead. It wouldn't even turn on. From the very beginning, their customer service was top notch. When Jim came out to look at the dishwasher, he was very polite and professional. He got right to work and was easily able to troubleshoot the problem and had it fixed in no time! I would highly recommend Trustworthy to others and will be calling them again for any other appliance repairs.
