Jonathon arrived as scheduled and had my leaking toilet seal replaced in under an hour. My entire experience with Trusted Plumbing & Leak Detection was exemplary! I highly recommend this company.

We invited a few companies to come out and give us an estimate for a leak we had near the main water hook-up by the street. Trusted Plumbing was the first to show up and not only found the problem within an hour, but had it repaired within 3 hours. Jonathan was extremely polite and explained the process throughout. We would highly recommend Trusted Plumbing to anyone looking for service they can trust.

Just had Jonathan from Trusted Plumbing and Leak Detection out, looking for the water leak at our house in Plano. He showed me the continuous water flow going through the curb-side meter, then worked his way through our various water-related devices. Water heaters, check. Toilets, check. etc. etc. None of those affected the water going through the meter. Then he checked our pool auto-filler, and bingo! Turning it off completely stopped the water flow. While they don't do pool device repairs, I am thrilled to finally have the source of the problem definitively identified! I was very happy with Jonathan's work, his friendly demeanour, and his professionalism. I recommend Trusted Plumbing and Leak Detection with no reservations!

Jonathan from Trusted Plumbing was fantastic! He squeezed me in even with a busy schedule and found my leak in under a minute. It turned out to be my sprinkler system, and even though they don’t fix sprinklers, he showed me how to shut it off so I wouldn’t keep losing water. Super honest and helpful. Trusted Plumbing saved the day. I made the mistake of hiring a different company to fix a water leak, was charged nearly $1,000 for repairs, but the leak wasn't fixed. After contacting Trusted Plumbing, they showed up and found the leak within a few minutes. Problem solved. The Trusted Plumbing staff were personable, knowledgable, and attentive. I wish I'd started with this company in the first place.
