Troy Auto Care

I requested battery service through AAA this evening and I was blown away by Troy Auto Care. The technician Derek was incredibly prompt and friendly as well as diligent in assuring my car was good to start. To top it off, I received a follow-up call from Cynthia to assure my experience was satisfactory. Her genuine warmth and care was definitely felt on the other side of the phone. Bravo!

I needed my tire changed and it was ABSOLUTELY freezing and raining. The guy who changed my tire, Hanza, could not have been nicer. He was very quick and kind. Made a crappy moment not so bad.

Unfortunately, Troy auto care is subscribed to AAA‘s roadside service program. AAA sends out a dispatch they are the first ones to pick up the call and the last ones to be able to provide the service. They take calls that they cannot fulfill and create lies to tell AAA that they were unable to fulfill it due to the customer rather than their own negligence. They call with problems and can’t find solutions. As the experts, I don’t know why they’re asking me how they could tow a car and a certain way.They are by far the worst towing company I’ve had the displeasure of working with.

Woke up to a flat tire and called them right away. Their road tech was at my house within 30 minutes to put the spare on so I could drive in for a repair. I called ahead to see how busy they were, and they simply said, “Come on up.” Once I arrived, they had the tire repaired in about 20 minutes. Fast, professional, and always great service. Definitely appreciate how easy they made the whole situation.
