Trouble Shooters of Mid Michigan Inc

My furnace has stopped working twice. Both times I’ve called Trouble Shooters they were here very quickly! Shaun has been my tech both times, and has been great to work with. He’s honest about telling me what’s wrong, what he needs, etc. The prices are super reasonable for great quality work! I would highly recommend!

Do not recommend for any commercial or business work, very unprofessional. Customer service, when you call is very rude and unhelpful. Was invoiced for a service call, while I still have a piece of equipment completely out of operation and with no parts in sight. Was told the tech would be back to fix the machine once parts came in. Tech came back, no parts, didn’t fix the machine, but they were sure quick to bill me with no solution.

Came home to no heat. They showed up and had it figured out and fixed right away!

I live 1hr 45 minutes away from his company! They were more than happy to come out, trouble shoot what was wrong! I ended up needing a new furnace they are very professional!! You can’t beat their prices I highly recommend this company!! ( They came out last year and fixed it but had said I’m going to need a new one soon it was over 20 years old).They travel the hole state of Michigan that’s a bonus!! I can’t thank them enough

They (Ethan) diagnosed and resolved a furnace dilemma in under fifteen minutes, promptly found a part and returned next morning with it for a quick swap. Quickest utility company fix I'd ever seen.
