If you like unique accessories and beautiful furniture then you this is the place for you! Designers are amazing! Also got my washer and dryer here and it’s been wonderful - fave features like fabric refresh and wrinkle release that actually work! Plus it’s family owned, so they really take care of you!
When my washing machine went out over the weekend, I called Trotter’s first thing Monday morning. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable, but they delivered and installed a new washer that same day. You don’t get that kind of service from big box stores. Their prices were surprisingly competitive—right in line with the chain retailers, but with a level of personal service that truly sets them apart. From the moment I called to the time the delivery team left, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend Trotter’s to anyone needing appliances in the Alexandria area. Good products and great service. The family has purchased from here several times, and more than likely do so again. Had some issues with our dishwasher. They fixed it in about 2 hours. (Though how it got messed up is a mystery to me... even after he explained it!)
