Ignores "no soliciting" signs

Had an employee knock on my door in a neighborhood that doesn't allow soliciting. After talking to him, I let him look at my roof. Once he was finished, he told me that they work with insurance companies to get new roofs ins at no cost to the home owner and that he would be the point of contact (poc) going forward and that their company only uses one poc per house. I would eventually talk to 4 different people from the company as they don't seem to follow their own rules. After the 4th guy cut off a piece of siding without letting me know about it beforehand, I told them to never come back to my house.

They’ll threaten to put a lien on your house due to their own lack of professionalism.

if i could leave negative stars, i would!! this company is awful and impossible to get in contact with. they finally finished our roof but it took weeks of calling with no answer and their main number is AI which leads to NOWHERE

will not take no for an answer. was not comfortable with them doing inspection with the homeowner not home and they attempted to pressure me into it. also came to my door with his vape in his hand and no business cards, very unprofessional

I absolutely love the work they have done in the past. But this AI has to go. I am not some unknown vertical bar. Remove the AI, I remove the review.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Took a year to get the job done, they are very unorganized and never return calls or show up when they say they will. They even showed up to do roof estimate without a ladder…. Must have paid someone to leave all of the good reviews.

Unprofessional company. They are not upfront with many details. Be very aware of using this company

Terrible company most the employees don’t know what they are doing and just trying and get people to sign papers 0/10 experience and would never recommend
