I had Triple S come in to clean & reseal my tile & grout as well as clean the carpet. My experience from beginning to end was great. First Kevin came to provide me a quote. He was very thorough & explained everything that the was included in the quote. From there I booked the appointment through Customer Service. The Service Rep was very pleasant & accommodating. Rafael was the technician who came out to my house. He did a wonderful job!! He was very meticulous & theory and kept the areas very clean. I was very happy & impressed with the job he completed on my tile & carpet. I would definitely request him for future jobs.

I love Triple S! I always look forward to when they are picking up my outdoor cushions, pillows, drapes and umbrella for cleaning and winter storage. But what I love even more is when all of that is returned and assembled on my patio and gazebo for summer, all clean and new again! I also have my indoor white rug cleaned periodically, always picked up by the same employee, who is always friendly and professional! I love Triple S! They are beyond excellent in their expertise! Recently I had brought in my 8x10 Pottery Barn wool rug for a deep clean, protect and deodorize. Unfortunately, the rug was accidentally saturated with urine in a very large area and I mean saturated!! They did an AMAZING job! No stains whatsoever! Rug looks like brand new, not kidding. I won't ever use anyone else!

We had had an oriental rug for over 40 years. It is absolutely as beautiful today as it was 40 years ago. However, we moved into a new home and needed to have it cut down… as heartbreaking as that is. We took it to triple S Stamford and they cut it down beautifully. If you were to look at the rug you would think it was originally cut to that size. They did an incredible job and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Thank you so much, Triple S!!!
