Would give them ten stars if I could. Very large project updated the breaker panel, adding a RV and generator plug with whole home surge AND EV charger. They exceeded expectations every step of the way and met every deadline they communicated. David was great to work with and really knew his stuff. Triad Electric is a great company to work with from my experience. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. David did whatever he could to get the job done in a timely manner and sent me real time updates whenever the status of the job changed. The price was reasonable and they did a great job overall.
I am super happy and satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this business. David came to my house, for an “emergency”, because the tech that was supposed to come, was still busy on a job. I really, truly, believe he went above and beyond for me. He explained everything to me, in ways I could easily understand, was honest, and so thorough in the inspection and repair I needed.
