I visited Tri-State Tire for a uhaul rental. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was in very good shape and ready to go when I got there. Got to give them a A+ for service and availability.
Traveling through town when a tire on our trailer blew. Thank goodness Tri-State had the tire in stock (not all tire shops stock trailer tires). We brought in the blown out tire and they had it changed out in less than 15 minutes. They were quick and professional. Would definitely recommend Tri-State for your tire needs!!! Thank you for helping get us back on the road and in a safely manner!!!
Great customer service. Wonderful people. They go out of their way to help you. They do quality work and charge fair prices. If they treat stranded out of town people so well, I can only imagine how they treat regular customers.
We ordered a rented dolly and they didn't have one made our trip much more difficult and longer. Once we got to our destination we had to wait till 8am the next morning to rent one out from Home Depot. The fact that they didn't have an appliance dolly was a huuuuge inconvenience and something important for moving.
