Tri-State Sealcoating

We’re very disappointed in the lack of response and follow-through from Mike regarding the asphalt repair bid they provided on March 28, 2025. We were scheduled for service twice, once delayed due to a truck breakdown, and the second time Mike informed us the job had been underbid and would cost approximately double. Despite the unexpected increase, we agreed to move forward and were simply waiting on a revised quote for signature. Mike assured us it would be sent that same day, but it never arrived. Checked every box. Fit me in a packed schedule, delivered above my expectations, stuck to the quote, just all around 10/10 with my experience. Not even a question who I will be calling on the next one. Excellent work guys!

These guys are absolutely the worst at filling pot holes they just recently did our apartment parking lot and now the lot is 5 different heights in areas where the cars need to drive! It's like driving on one of those rest strips that car makes use for there shock absorbers. And at the end connecting to the road is a 4ft deep pot hole and they only put like a foot of asfalut in it. And the seal coat is so thin you can see the old concert through it. The is by far the most horrible job I've ever seen!!! I highly recommend staying away and do not higher them to do any type of work as it will be trash....
