Our boat navigation computer needed more RAM which I attempted to replace myself. I thought I did it right but the displays no longer worked after my attempt. I called Tri-County Computers and Montre set up a time to meet with us. Montre fixed the issue quickly. The computer worked again when we returned to the boat and hooked it up. If it didn’t work, Montre was willing to come to the boat to try to further diagnose the problem. Thank goodness he was able to fix the issue so quickly and we truly appreciate his offer to come to the boat.

An absolute master of his craft. We brought a PC and a Playstation 5 this week on Tuesday. He told us he would be done by Friday even though we said there was no rush. He finished diagnosing the PC, replaced the hard drive, updated the operating system and it runs better than when it was brand new. The PS5 wouldn't boot, he took it apart, found a tiny crimp in a ribbon cable, replaced the cable and it runs excellent. He was so devoted to getting our items complete by Friday that he kept working on the PS5 until 9:30pm. If you have any electronics issue, this is where you come to get it fixed. He was able to recover the majority of my data from a failed hard drive within a few days and at a very reasonable rate, and offered further (very reasonable) rates for sending it to data recovery labs if he'd been unsuccessful. Would definitely do business with him again!
