I called to order a roof inspection from this company and the manager was not even trying to accommodate the seller at all. We asked if the inspector can send a quick text message or something to give the seller a heads up they were on their way and the office manager said no, we would have to charge you $130 for an appointment. I think it's silly to not try to work with the seller, regardless whether they don't need access to the home, they should still try to be more flexible. I get it's a busy time for everyone but customer service is about having courtesy and it's not that much to send a quick text message to say "hey i'm on the way".
