Tri-City did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. The statement of work was on the lower end of Tesla’s installation estimates at $1000 and all involved were experienced/knowledgable with these EV related jobs. My electrician arrived on time, completed the work within the quoted time slot, and was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tri-City.

Called when they first opened in the morning, talked to a guy about the issue with my generator and electric. I had a transfer switch actively sizzling and burning in my generator panel. He said he would give me a call back after doing some research. I waited a few hours, no call. So I called around noon. I figured that was an adequate amount of time (4 hours). He said that he forgot. He then went on to say that he would email me a quote. Never got that email. Very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care. I would not recommend!
