Tri-City air conditioning was such a great experience. Bryan was the sales person and he listened to my concerns and I think I got a very good deal. I got the installation on Friday with team three, Adam and Austin. Brian came with them in the beginning. They did an excellent job. And we're done very quickly.
My husband and I contacted your company based on previous reviews and the number of years the company had been in business. From the initial contact with Amanda to the completion of the service call with Jake, we were beyond pleased. Amanda provided me with 2 options for a service call and I relayed the information to my landlord who decided to go with the comfort program. I called Amanda back to let her know and she scheduled us for next day servicing. I was not expecting for them to get to us so soon with the holidays around the corner but she was able to do just that. She was very professional and personable and I certainly appreciate her... Jake called us 45 minutes prior to coming out to let us know when he planned to arrive and I appreciate the confirmation. He arrived and my husband met him outside in which he was prepared with boot covers on as not to track in any debris upon entering our home. He was very efficient and thorough in doing his maintenance. He not only checked our outside unit, but also came inside and looked at our return and thermostat, along with our indoor unit in the basement. Once we paid him and asked for a receipt to provide our landlord, he drew up everything and composed a very thorough email and sent it to me and had me to check it to make sure it was going to be sufficient. I would highly recommend Jake everytime. He is a huge asset to your company and represents you all extremely well. I cannot speak more highly of him. I hope we get the opportunity to work with him again on our next service call.

The old system went out during the first cold spell this winter, and Brian responded promptly with a no nonsense recommendation, and pricing. The crew showed up along with Brian and started work in prompt fashion. Adam and Austin completed the installation in quick order. They made a special modification to the air handler as it required installation in a very tight spot. The old one was installed in a haphazardly manner, laying on its side. The new system is correctly and professionally installed with room to spare for storage. Even with the air handler t...
