Six stars. This dude saved my day? Maybe my week? In 10 minutes he replaced my spacebar perfectly for 40 bucks. For reference, ubreakifix tried to charge me 450 bucks to replace my whole keyboard for one broken spacebar. This guy gets it done and for a fair price.
Friendly, highly knowledgable, efficient. No long waits to get problem fixed. Excellent knowledge of software as well as hardware. I've taken my laptop to Trend Tech a number of times -- for minor as well as major issues. It is the only place I trust & will use. Also reasonable prices!
Excellent, fast service when my laptop randomly stopped showing available wifi networks. I spent two hours watching YouTube videos trying to solve the issue. Nothing worked. Maddening. I walked into Trend Tech and the owner in about three seconds said my laptop couldn't see my wifi card and I could have him install a new card or I could buy a USB wifi adapter for $50. Bought the adapter. Done. I think the whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. This was my second time using Trend Tech. Great both times.
