Trek Bicycle Oakland

Ryan and the team did a great job getting my bike up and running, completing a long list of repairs as soon as possible. They handled some delays graciously, making sure I rode out assured of their standards. The bike is in great shape again despite a great deal of wear and tear. I will be back!

Very “too cool for school” vibes from this group. If you fit the world they are experts in Im sure they do great. If not, they will give you a “less than” feeling to that emanates. And this is my results from 3 visits to this place and other occasions I hear also from others experiences here

Great sales and service. I bought a bike 8 months ago and have had it in a few times for minor service. They are always helpful and patient when I have questions. I think I have talked to 4 folks there over the time and everyone was nice.

Tyler and team saved this uncle and his nephew by going from a cold call looking for a new kid's bike on Christmas Eve to me rolling it out of the Oakland store 90 minutes later! Amazing service, and it's not the first time either. Great team!

Terrible experience with their bike packing and handling service. I was asked to pay $80 up-front for the service despite receiving no guarantees on packaging quality or size. In the end, the bike was packed in a box just 6" larger than the 130" length + girth threshold for oversized items, which resulted in an astronomical increase in shipping costs. When confronted about this, they seemed unaware of the 130" threshold and refused to shave off the extra inches.
