My husband and I were looking for tires searching the Internet found this family owned business, Roger the owner was phenomenal, has a five star customer service quality down to every last detail in what he does for his customers. I promise you same tire any place else will be 30-35% higher. So very impressed thank you Roger so much and on top of it all your just one of the nicest person. I have read nearly every review this shop has received before posting this, and I’m blown away by the positivity posted here. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve had in a long time. I arrived early for an appointment and called to confirm I was in the right spot since there was no office and just a large bay door (closed) with a sign on it. When the phone was answered Jay Roger told me he was quite busy and asked what I wanted. I stated I was a customer here for an appointment; he said he’d be with me momentarily, 15 minutes later the rollup door opened…. I pulled 4 tires from the back of my rig- that I had taken off my truck as...I have read nearly every review this shop has received before posting this, and I’m blown away by the positivity posted here. I pulled 4 tires from the back of my rig- that I had taken off my truck as a courtesy- and explained that the wheels were coming off and needed to be swapped with the wheels that were on my friends rig. I had to explain this to him THREE times throughout the process while he griped about the fact that no one told him what this appointment was about, an appointment that had been booked weeks prior….. After he took my wheels off he tried to roll the tires into my rig and I had to tell him for a final time that the wheels off my tires were going onto my friends rig, and his wheels were going on my tires. After he drove my friends rig into the shop he hopped on the phone and began to complain IN FRONT OF ME how he was going to sell every tool in his shop and not do this on the side because he was so sick of dealing with customers and people. As he came back to break a tire loose I caught his attention (after being ignored) and explained to him that the tires on this rig had just been rotated, so my friend (who had stepped away to take a call) had asked me to relay that they get put back in the exact same location they were removed. Jay copped the biggest attitude and told me that typically “he would do what his experience with 45 years in the automotive and service industry told him to do, but today I was the boss so we would do it my way……..” Then when the swaps were complete he tried to bill us at a rate that was higher than what he originally quoted. Go here if you’re comfortable with Jay and have him figured out. I will NOT be returning and I will not push business his way. In fact, I’ll probably do the opposite, starting with this review.
