A real quality transmission shop, they were willing to rebuild a transmission on my modified car, and were honest about quote range, and even charged me less than the top of the quote. I paid roughly $4k less than my dealership quote as well.
I believe I test drove my car with Jim, and he was extremely knowledgeable about my transmission, even knowing the background of its development. He was also honest about what was upgradeable, and what could only remain stock.
I wasn't able to make it back in time for when it was ready (Thanksgiving), and they were accommodating and even kept my car out of the elements it seems. What a tremendous experience! The customer service was top notch. Jim spent about 40 minutes diagnosing my issues and nuts / bolts in the process but wouldn't accept payment for that time that he spent figuring out what was wrong. I brought the vehicle back as arranged and they replaced the front differential. They got it done quicker than expected and I am extremely pleased with the work done. Jim and office manager Hannah understand that exceptional customer service pays dividends. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs.

This is long over due. Tsi team and the main man Jim are the best. He rebuilt my transmission on my tbird . He services all my cars from my 86 Monte Carlo too whatever u can imagine . I literally seen them working on the car from ghostbusters!! Truly a blessing too have found this place. Sorry I took so long too give u a 10000 star review.
