Ordered new appliances in Oct23 with a deposit. In February of 24, after several different stories about the delay I canceled my order and was able to get the exact thing I wanted from home depot delivered in 3 days. I hate this because I love supporting small business but something is just off with this place and the shady sales tactics.
Bought a pricey maytag washer a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. It doesnt wash very well and constantly either violently shakes or just shuts off. Sticker says it has a 10 year limited warranty but for some reason it cannot be honored? I hate this washer and wish i never bought it. Less than 5 years old and already had to replace the lid latch myself, and had to order it because Tracy's doesnt keep any parts on stock, and glue the glass back into the lid because after being steamy it started to separate from the washer causing even more problems. 700$ wasted and years of frustration and wanting to throw this POS out t... The employees are nice but the products dont have warrantys even when they are only a few months old. Reached out to them when i first started having issues and they said after 14 days you have no warranty... last time i buy an appliance from a smaller store....
Ordered a microwave and refrigerator on July 24th,2025. After a week we called to check on its status and were told, “next Tuesday for sure”. Next Tuesday comes around so we called again and were told the same thing, “next Tuesday”. This cycle continued week by week until October 28th when we got tired of it and asked to get a refund. We were told that the person who deals with that is unloading a truck and would call us back later that day. That call back didn’t happen until a couple days later. Our refund was finally processed on November 5th. If the appliance you’re looking for isn’t physically in the store, do not purchase from this loca...
