Terrible service, my phone was completely damaged after my visit , that was 2 days after, my screen went totally black,and when I went back to complain about it, I was told to pay extra $150 to fix it again, meanwhile,I payed them $250 my first time with insurance, I had the money but I had to unlock my phone, so I politely asked for my phone to be fixed then I’ll pay since this was my only way to pay. I was treated so badly, and ignored but I needed my phone for work so I tried to convince them that I’ll pay or they can hold on to my iPhone 11 if I couldn’t pay, they ended called the police on me for something so simple that could... After this terrible experience, I found a better place to fix my phone and it was so much cheaper and better, I haven’t had a problem with my phone yet. I think it’s better service out there, these people will give u a run for your money. I don’t approve, it might look good at first but it’s cheap service. You might end up regretting.
