Made a couple of calls to see if I could get a quote on replacing the housing on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, aside from another store these guys were the only other store that does that type of repair. Great customer service, the guy there went into to detail about the procedure and the cost and just overall made me feel comfortable leaving my phone in their hands. They told me it would take the whole day for the repair, but managed to get it taken care of in 4hrs and everything seems good! Highly recommend these guys for sure.👍

Brought my phone to him hoping he could tell me what's wrong with my mic. After I tried to ask him a simple question, he became rude to me and raised his voice and told me that I was wasting his time. If you need your device fixed or checked and you want to go to someone who's not gonna be rude or have an attitude because you're simply trying to get an understanding, I would highly recommend AVOIDING this guy because the way he spoke to me was completely UNACCEPTABLE in terms of customer service.
