I was in a total bind and needed an alarm system installed and operational as soon as possible. I didn’t even know that month to month monitored alarm system packages existed, but Total Security had a product that was exactly what needed, when I needed it! They got my system installed two days ahead of schedule and the installation technician configured the equipment well before he arrived, so the installation only took a little over 30 minutes. Outstanding service with “old school” values! How refreshing!

Had a mystery communication issue and keypad alerts. First problem in four years. I texted Total and Mike the owner called me and talked through the options. He sent his tech out first thing the next morning and fixed the issue with a hardware swap. Best service experience ever.
