I had a great experience with my home inspection. The inspector Mike Prichard was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time going through every part of the home and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated how patient he was with all of my questions and how detailed the inspection report was. It gave me peace of mind during such an important process. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Total House Inspection to anyone needing a home inspection!
Mike did a fantastic job with the inspection, He inspected the whole house, outside and inside and personally went around with me (the buyer of new home) to each room and explained what he was doing, what he was testing and his findings. He thoroughly went over everything, what was functional and good, what needed immediate attention, what could get repaired later/keep an eye on it.. I liked that he explained each test he did and He explained the process right in front of you. He was always in communication with me , answering any questions I had and also asking me if I had any questions and gave his input based on his knowledge .I would re...
