These guys are Fantastic! Not only did they replace our gutters and improve the system, the repaired a significant portion of cedar board siding, and replaced and expanded our deck on the rear of the house! We were so pleased with their communication, explanation, and professionalism! I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done for their home improvement!
Total Home Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters as well as a complete remodel of our front porch. The work crews were conscientious of their work and cleaned up afterwards. Tim was awesome to work with and he made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and completed when promised. Tim was honest about the backlogs of the manufacturer and didn't promise anything he could not deliver. (We were remodeling the inside of the house as well and was aware of all the delays of materials due to the manufacturers.) And I have to mention Jenny who runs the office. Our home now features a beautiful screened porch, a spacious double car garage, brand-new siding, grading for a retaining wall with a French drain, and durable 30-year architectural shingles on the roof. Friends recommended Total Home Exteriors to us based on the replacement of their roof. We were impressed with all aspects of their service. We discussed what the needs were- repairing an area on the porch which was above and beyond just a roof was a primary concern. We were given an estimate, made aware of possible increases in price if more repairs were needed after the current roof was removed, and given a date for the work to be accomplished. The wait time was very short including a 1 day weather delay. The porch repair was completed ahead of the roofing crew coming. The roofing crew showed up early one morning and made quick work of r...
