Clayton, Riley and Rio did an excellent job seamlessly adding AC to my force air heated home. Even despite a minor setback, they maintained absolute professionalism and got the work done in a timely manner.
I am not a pellet stove expert, so I needed someone to help diagnose why my stove isn't working right (came with the home I just bought). I requested someone come to provide a quote on a pellet stove, the technician came, essentially told me they can't help fix my pellet stove (best they can do is remove the pellets) and that I should call a different service provider (within the first 5 minutes of our exchange). He then dusted off some parts in the back. After getting charged for the hour $120 without any more information on what is wrong with my stove or how much it will cost to fix it, I called the store to try and negotiate the bill. They... They are sending another person to take a look (free of charge) and help give me some answers at least. This was nice considering I just wanted an estimate on what is wrong with it from the start. At least now the charge will be warranted and hopefully I can get a better idea of what it will take to fix or replace my pellet stove.
Clayton and Riley came out and installed a heater in my garage. They did a nice clean install. Very professional and easy to deal with. Will definitely use them for any future projects.
