I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called, I spoke with a very friendly and informative woman who made the process easy and stress-free.
I received a text reminder the day before my appointment, and another message prior to arrival with an estimated time of arrival, which I really appreciated. Mike and Mike arrived on time and took the time to explain the entire process before getting started. Even though their shoes were wet (which I didn’t mind at all), they insisted on laying down cloths to protect the floor leading to the fireplace, very thoughtful and professional.

Josh and Wilson showed up on time and we're very professional introducing themselves to us & got straight to work after I showed him where the chimneys were and did very thorough job in about an hour and 10 or 15 minutes! They were very professional with their cleanup & conscientious about everything. They presented themselves very well and were very knowledgeable. We will hire these guys again in a second! In fact we even asked for an estimate for repointing our chimney on top of the roof. I highly recommend their service and pricing was excellent!

The technicians were on time, courteous and professional. Before they started they took great care to protect our floors and rugs and got right to work. After the inspection they gave us several options, and we chose to have the insert removed. They left us with a working fireplace and even took the old insert away. This was not the first time we used Total Chimney Care and highly recommend them.
